SMU's Volleyball Club is a student-run organization established in 2000, comprising of recreational and varsity wings. Our mission is to provide quality opportunities for growth, development, and enjoyment of volleyball among students at SMU. The SMU Innovation Initiative aims to foster a framework for SMEs to adopt collaborative innovation, driving sustained growth. The Asia Private Equity Club @ SMU (APECS) is a student-run club dedicated to educating and connecting aspiring finance enthusiasts about the private equity and venture capital industries. Our mission is to create a network of knowledgeable individuals who can exchange ideas and grow professionally through our events, which include networking opportunities with industry professionals, educational workshops, and guest speaker seminars. By fostering connections with students and professionals globally, APECS aims to make a significant impact in the field of private equity.

SMU Guildhall, located in Dallas, Texas, is an award-winning, internationally top-ranked graduate video game development education program. The two-year master's-level program has graduated over 1100 students, and alumni are working at over 350 video game studios around the world. The Guildhall offers a Master of Interactive Technology in Digital Game Development degree and Professional Certificate in Digital Game Development program. It is currently one of the few programs in the U.S. offering specializations in all four cornerstones of game development: Art Creation, Level Design, Production, and Programming. The Institute fosters knowledge and resource exchange to support local SMEs and SMU undergraduates through our SME Consulting Programme. Students work on business consultancy projects for enterprises, covering areas like brand audits, customer satisfaction, market research, and business planning. We have expanded our offerings with mini implementation projects, deepening our impact and relevance to SMEs.

We began in April 2012 when Citi Singapore and Singapore Management University (SMU), with the support of Citi Foundation, came together to launch Singapore's first structured financial literacy program. We champion the education of financial literacy in young adults, helping them become financially savvy and well-equipped to make informed economic choices regarding saving, investing, borrowing, and more. Over a decade later, we have reached out to over 80,000 youths and young adults aged 15 to 30 in universities, polytechnics, Institute of Technical Education (ITEs), Pre-U schools, social institutions/associations, NGOs, NPOs and beneficiaries across Singapore. The Singapore Global Restructuring Initiative (SGRI) is a project launched by the Singapore Management University with the support of the Ministry of Law that seeks to conduct cutting-edge research on corporate restructuring and insolvency while fostering cooperation between academics, practitioners, judges and policymakers from all over the world. In order to promote these goals, the SGRI conducts a variety of activities, including: (i) Conducting cutting-edge research on insolvency and restructuring law. (ii) Promoting interaction between academics, practitioners, judges and policy makers. (iii) Providing updates on insolvency cases, reforms, and academic research through the SGRI Blog. (iv) Organizing academic events with a global, comparative and industry-relevant focus. (v) Working closely with associations of insolvency practitioners and turnaround specialists from all over the world. (vi) Teaming up with leading academics institutions from all over the world. (vii) Engaging in international discussions and policy debates involving initiatives and legal reforms in the field of corporate insolvency and restructuring.

The Singapore Management University Law Academy (SMULA) has an established record of providing the legal profession with high quality seminars and other opportunities to remain fully informed about contemporary legal developments in today’s fast-paced world. Our carefully curated programme is developed with the profession’s multi-faceted needs in mind, and meets the requirements of the mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme administered by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education (SILE). Our Academy events are conducted by prominent faculty, practitioners and judges at our modern School of Law building, which boasts state-of-the-art teaching facilities and is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the Supreme Court. The SMU Law Academy also administers the Auditing Scheme for applicants to audit selected courses in our LL.B., J.D. and the LL.M. programmes. The Auditing Scheme enables members of the legal profession to consolidate and upgrade their understanding of the law in a more comprehensive fashion. For foreign lawyers, this programme offers an ideal opportunity to become intimately familiar with the workings of Singapore law in fundamental areas like contract, tort or IP. The Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy (SIDRA) is a leading platform for thought leadership in international dispute resolution theory, practice, and policy.
