GTel is a telephone, internet, and television provider serving Southern Columbia County. Founded in 1905 as the Germantown Telephone Company, GTel was family owned for since 1929 until their recent acquisition in 2023 by Archtop Fiber, a Kingston, NY based broadband provider.
