Spark Commodities is a technology-driven company established in 2019, backed by Kpler, EEX, and ICE. Our mission is to enhance liquidity in commodity markets through robust indices and market transparency tools, starting with LNG. With a strong technical foundation, support from over 200 industry players, and market-leading shareholders, we provide innovative solutions that enable the market to effectively manage price risk while benefiting from increased transparency. Our initial suite of indices, including the LNG Freight index, listed on ICE in Q1 2021, have been followed by the SparkNWE and SparkSWE cargo assessments for European LNG, listed in December 2022. Most recently, we have launched Access, a tool designed to facilitate understanding of European LNG terminal pricing and slot availability as cargo flows continue to evolve.
