Natarajan & Swaminathan is a professional chartered accountant firm in Singapore founded in 1950 by two partners namely late Mr. S. Natarajan and late Mr. K. Swaminathan. Thereafter Mr. R. Krishnaswamy, joined the firm and brought his younger brother Mr. R. Narayanamohan during the year 1976 and was admitted as a partner in 1978. In 1990, the firm was taken over by Mr. R. Narayanamohan. Today there are 8000 Indian Companies established either as a wholly owned subsidiary, listed or not listed in Singapore like Information Technology, International Trading of agro products, software, commodities, coal, cement, iron ore and spices and produces. We started advising the Indian resident and company clients considering the investment regulations of India, there are no restriction on the Singapore side. India permits investment for individuals (residents Indian) under Liberalised Investments Scheme (LRS) and companies on Overseas Direct Investment scheme(ODI).
