Pilates at Life Ready Physio + Pilates is the highlight of my week! Teri and Tessa are outstanding instructors that make the classes fun and challenging. I'm always motivated to get to one of their Pilates or stretch classes, and feel that my overall fitness has improved greatly! So glad I joined!
