Seaborne Trade of Grains (Wheat, Corn, Barley, Sorghum) and Oilseeds (Soybean) Zen-noh ACA Limited (ZAC) is a JV between Zen-Noh Grain Corporation (ZGC) from US and ACA from Argentina. The two parties have been doing business for over 50 years. Asociación de Cooperativas Argentinas (ACA), Argentina’s largest agricultural cooperative, which handles around 20% of the country’s grain and oilseed production. ACA has agreed to provide grain exports to Zen-Noh (全農), Japan’s National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations 全农（ZEN-NOH，全称为全国农业协同组合联合会）每年船运的玉米、大豆、小麦等农产品总量达到约1200万吨，每年经全农之手出口的玉米、大豆、高粱总数达到1100万吨，是中国全国出口量的约20倍。 1970年，全农参股的CGB公司在美国粮食主产区密苏里州的圣路易斯成立，当时只有3名职员。今天，CGB公司在全球有95个分支机构、超过1500名职员，业务领域包括向农户提供金融和风险管理服务，购买、存储、销售和运输农作物。在美国等内河航运领域，CGB公司仍然是市场份额最大的公司之一。 除了CGB公司，全农在美国还设立了全农谷物公司，建设并且加强玉米船运的基础设施，同时全农在美国西海岸，还与美国最大的农业合作组织CHS合作建立了一套谷物采购和出口的系统。 在美国之外，全农与阿根廷的ACA（供应玉米、大麦、高粱等）、巴西的COAMO（供应大豆、玉米）、澳大利亚的CBH（供应大麦、小麦、高粱、牧草等）和欧洲的INVIVO（玉米、大麦、小麦、甜菜等）等海外农业合作组织建立了合作关系。
