vLookUp.ai was launched in 2021 as a free global mentoring platform to make mentoring more accessible and inclusive for women across geographies, industries, and backgrounds. Today, our community includes 430+ mentors and 1,400 mentees from 20 countries, enabling over 7,000 hours of impactful mentoring engagements.
We’ve also evolved into a SaaS solution—a plug-and-play, configurable mentoring platform for enterprises and academic institutions.
We collaborate with organisations—corporates, universities, and NGOs—to design bespoke mentoring programs focused on two key segments:
For Mid-to-Senior Women Professionals - Closing the Leadership Gap : Helping companies build stronger leadership pipelines and retain top talent by connecting high-potential women with global mentors.
For Early-Career Women - Helping More Women Thrive in the Workforce : We partner with academic institutions, nonprofits, and inclusion-focused organizations focused on employability and inclusion to help early-career women – including those from underserved backgrounds – gain confidence, clarity, and career readiness through structured mentoring.
