Founded on the sunny shores of Singapore in April 2023, Vault started off as a humble online Rip & Ship channel.
As time went by, our customer base grew, our online community group proliferated. What was initially intended to be just a side hustle for our co-founders, suddenly started to grow all too rapidly.
Instead of leaving the channel in a bottlenecked state, we decided to expand our brand. Months of planning, many booster packs opened, and several beers later, we managed to assemble our dream team.
Boasting the likes of some seasoned influencers, as well as young budding potential stars, Vault Cards TCG was born.
Investing in a physical space was of utmost importance. We chose to be more like a community showroom, instead of the traditional brick and mortar that had shelves upon shelves of nothing but product. Quintessentially, we married product offerings and community hangouts.
One of the first things that was put into place was our direction as a business. Having been in the space for months and years, we identified several pain points and key factors that were active deterrents for both new and seasoned collectors alike.
We decided to position ourselves as one of the most reliable and educational brands in the TCG space. Educating the general public became one of our key differentiators, even till today. Regardless of the nature of questions and doubts any collectors have, we are more than happy to share in-depth information that would otherwise usually be unavailable to them.
In a space so competitive and volatile, we humbly ask of the public to judge us based on the number of unsatisfied customers we have instead of vice versa, because there simply just aren't that many.
As the TCG space continues to grow, we are more committed to and obsessed with than ever, to continually be able to contribute towards the growth of this relatively young and undeveloped market, one collector at a time.
For the average collector, by average collectors.
