Originally founded by Stewart Noakes at the beginning of 2000, the company exists to meet the needs of our clients who strive to ensure that their IT projects create value and demonstrate return for their investment. We are geared to deliver services in all areas of software testing including functional, non functional and process improvement.
TCL is a privately owned and privately funded company that operates in alignment with a strong vision model. The company vision has shaped our recruitment, clients and delivery since inception. Our financial independence has helped us to maintain our focus even during difficult periods of growth and delivery demands. The first TCL company was based in the UK (Transition Consulting Limited) and the group has now expanded to include enterprises in the US and India. A further expansion into Australia or New Zealand is expected within the next five years. TCL was recognised in 2007 as a Microsoft Sunday Times Tech Track 100 company (47th).
As part of our vision we have a strong commitment to the future of our industry and the community in which we work. This commitment is seen through our scholarship programmes at unversities in the UK and USA along with our peer sharing events. It is also demonstrated in our support of organisations such as the NSPCC, the University of Exeter and St Michaels Small School.
