Studio XMSL is an award winning interior design office that focuses on private properties. Design is our primary focus and strength. We have since worked on luxury apartments, show units, bungalows, clubhouses, premium grade office spaces, restaurants and commercial entertainment facilities. At Studio XMSL, we believe that design is a collaborative process between client, consultants and builders. Our design concepts are derived in tandem with our client needs and characteristics. As the process develops, we respond to our client concerns with creativity and tenacity. Each project is tailored made and unique in its conception. We realize our designs alongside other consultants and builders. We are always on the ground with them to understand and resolve the complexities of construction. We take great pride and responsibility in ensuring that our designs are vividly and accurately brought to life. Aside from numerous luxury residential developments throughout Singapore, we have also worked on numerous prestigious projects. Noteworthy are the Emerald Bay Show Units in Iskandar, AIA Insurance Office Spaces, Premium grade office spaces in Suntec City and Marina Bay Financial Centre etc. As Studio XMSL continues its pursuit of design excellence, we seek to design opportunities that allow us to develop unique and exciting Interior Design spaces. Even as we take on projects of increasing scale and complexity, we are also examining possibilities of involvement with furniture and product design.
