The SME Centre@SMF, supported by Enterprise Singapore, was established in May 2005 as a subsidiary of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF). We provide small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with easy access to business advisory services to help them start, sustain, and grow their businesses. The first-stop SME Centre's services include business diagnosis, information on government schemes, capability workshops, and group-based upgrading projects.

Being a part of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) brings about unique synergies and manufacturing knowledge for SME Centre@SMF which enable us to better serve our SMEs. The SMF was founded in 1932 as a national organisation representing the interests of manufacturing and manufacturing-related industries. Currently, the SMF has about 4,000 corporate members, comprising SMEs, MNCs and Affiliate Members. Corporate members are categorised into 10 Industry Groups and supported by its Associated Services to address each industry’s unique and specific needs and interests.
The SMF collaborates with local and overseas government agencies, industry partners, and enterprises to provide key services such as representation of members’ views at formal dialogues with the authorities; increasing business opportunities through local and international trade fairs and missions; building capabilities through conferences, seminars, workshops, and other industry-specific programmes; and transforming businesses with business model innovation. The backdrop of all these activities serve to further enrich the service and experience that SME Centre@SMF can bring to SMEs.
