ORIGINS Pioneering Thai cuisine locally in 2001, Sawadee Thai Cuisine has grown from strength to strength, and in 2013, we moved to a more upscale location in Bugis. Since then, we have been consistently in the top 5 Thai restaurants in Singapore, an achievement that we are truly honoured and proud of. PHILOSOPHY Let yourself be transported in an instant from the pulsating beat of the city to the Land of Smiles as you relax amidst the warm hospitality and gentle rhythm of the piped-in Thai jazz music, and indulge in the plethora of gastronomic Thai culinary delights available. Using only freshest ingredients from Thailand and cooked ala minute upon an order, we believe in balancing the intense and robust flavours of Thailand - sweet, spicy, salty and sour in our dishes. DESIGN Inspired by the traditional Sabai, Sawadee @TQL's Chic decor is the epitome of Asian elegance. Her woody interior is adorned with unique Thai reed wall decorations, replete with Thai ornaments and stylized Thai inscriptions on the pillars, culminating in gorgeous golden drapes cascading in languid waves from the ceiling.
