After we successfully closed deals and made profitable investments, we started to get a lot of inbound inquiries from other founders, CEOs and VCs to help their companies evaluate their business strategies, exit options and help them put in place a corporate strategy that ensures a successful outcome. We institutionalized our processes of ‘getting you ready strategy’, ‘value creation strategy’ and ‘post-transaction strategy’ to better help our clients. After the volume of requests continued to increase, Sansa Advisors was born.
