Saison Investment Management Private Limited (SIMPL) is an impact investing arm of Saison International, founded in September 2021. Our mission is to foster inclusive growth in emerging and frontier markets through sustainable solutions that enable fair and equitable access to resources. We advise and manage proprietary funds totaling USD 55 million, deploying strategic investments in innovative and inclusive businesses that provide underserved individuals and enterprises with access to financial services. Our team, based in Singapore, sources and diligences impact investment opportunities, assesses and manages risks and impact, and executes and manages transactions. Our main impact goal is to foster inclusive growth by providing debt financing to specialized financial services providers, early-stage and tech-enabled companies that operate at the intersection of inclusion and innovation in emerging and frontier markets. We seek to support companies that have proven traction of delivering affordable and accessible solutions and scale financial inclusion, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 1, 8, 9, and 10.

Saison Capital is the venture arm of Credit Saison, a leading Japanese consumer credit company. We invest in seed to series A startups across Southeast Asia and India, with a focus on platforms or ecosystems that can distribute financial services to the underbanked.
