Restaurant Lifestyle Asia (Rlasia Co.) is a multi discipline lifestyle F&B consultancy incorporated in 2016 by the regional food scene impresario Raymond Lim. The name “R.!” which is also the acronym of the founder, emphasizes the lifestyle aspects of creating and running a successful F&B enterprise, with a focus on emerging markets of S.E. Asia. Using the analogy of a verdant forest, a successful concept must possess the right “ecosystem” of best in class F&B and service, ambience, music, and design aesthetics- just as the forest needs soil, air, sunlight and water, for it to flourish and importantly, sustain over time. Apart from helping our partners to add value to their real estate by creating proprietary dining concepts and managing the project from ideation phase to execution, we also help Singapore and regional F&B brands with market entry into the key markets of S.E. Asia, by leveraging on our strong industry networks to match the right partners for the brand owners. Our niche business model is built upon almost two decades worth of experience in creating/operating successful restaurants and regionalizing concepts in ASEAN, as well as the strength of the breadth and depth of our network with restaurateurs and investors.
