Raffleson Academy, Singapore, started its establishment from a humble background in 2019. It was originally founded by Ms Wu Airu and several ex-school teachers as an afterschool learning centre for both local and international school students. However, since the pandemic, the learning centre has progressively transformed it’s setting into a private college offering a wider range of courses for a broader range of learners. In May 2024, Raffleson Academy was officially approved by the Council of Private Education under the Singapore Ministry of Education as a Private Education Institution. Today, the Academy is led by Mr Ding Zichen, the Principal, and guarded by its members of the Academic and Examination boards to offer a range of examination preparatory courses for various subjects in exams such as PSLE, AEIS, Cambridge: KET, PET, GCE, IGCSE, and IB. In addition, the Academy also offers a range of internationally recognized tertiary programs such as the Diploma in TESOL and Graduate Diploma in TESOL awarded by the London Teacher Training College, UK, for adult learners who aspire to be English language teachers.
