Qualgro was founded in 2015 by Heang Chhor. He has led many investments in Data/AI and Software, at Seed to Series B stages, and helped portfolio companies grow regionally and globally. He has supported companies on fundraising and exits, leveraging an extensive network of global investors. His record includes investments into 3 unicorns, several full exits including 1 IPO and 3 acquisitions by international players. He was previously a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company (26 years) and a member of the McKinsey Global Board, working in Europe and Asia. Before and during McKinsey, he was an entrepreneur building a series of companies.
Qualgro is co-led by Weisheng Neo. He has made several investments into Fintech, Education, Marketing, Software startups in Southeast Asia and has helped them accelerate their growth and build strong talent pools.
