Developed in Singapore, QPBUDDY caters specifically to the supervision, inspection, and document management requirements of Singapore's built environment. Its purpose is to facilitate seamless collaboration among various stakeholders, including QP(D), QP(S), RE, RTO, Main-con, Sub-con, Owner representatives, and Regulators, ensuring compliance and the timely delivery of high-quality construction projects.
With QPBUDDY, users can leverage a wide range of features to conduct site supervision and inspection. Persona-based access control allows authorized users to log in to schedule and invite stakeholders to join hybrid supervision sessions. Prior to the live session, invitees could first preview site conditions with the built-in 360 VR photo and IFC (BIM) viewers. During the live session, stakeholders could interact and make informed decisions via the built-in video conferencing system supported by hi-res live video feed, utilizing consumer-level hardware. After the session, online or offline supervision footage and relevant documents could be archived for review and sign-off by relevant parties. Lastly, audit-ready supervision reports could also be generated with a click of a button. All these features empower stakeholders to effectively monitor and manage construction projects.
