QED (Quantum Endorphine Digital) is an independent communications, marketing and consulting agency born from the merger of two of Cambodia’s premier agencies; Quantum and Endorphine Concept Digital Solutions. Quantum, founded in 2011, is an independent public relations and communications agency with a track record of supporting blue-chip multinational and local clients in Cambodia. Through an operational merger with Endorphine Concept Digital Solutions in 2018, Quantum Endorphine Digital (QED, operating as Quantum Publicity Co., Ltd.) offers full-service consulting, public relations and digital services, with a client list of dynamic Fortune 500 companies, and with award-winning expertise. QED has pioneered in Cambodia in the area of digital and innovation, being the 2nd digital agency established in the Kingdom, and launching the 1st platform dedicated to new technologies and startups in the country. QED has contributed to various researches and reports pertaining to digital economy and tech opportunities in Cambodia (for the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, Google), and has serviced key tech clients in the country such as Microsoft, Viber, TikTok, Meta (Facebook/ instagram/ Whatsapp). The agency received several awards and recognitions for its contributions such as Campaign Asia’s agency of the year and a CSR award for economic development issued by the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce and the Council for the Development of Cambodia.

QED is a private sector think tank dedicated to bridging the gap between senior leaders and changemakers from both the public and private sectors. Our mission is to drive collective action and create positive change through research, dialogue, connections, and interactions. We challenge ideas, open perspectives, and shape the minds of senior leaders to enable more effective decision-making and drive meaningful impact. In 2018, we established the QED Changemaker Network, a network of over 2,100 senior leaders from ASEAN region who are committed to making a positive difference.
