Phoenix Property Investors (“Phoenix”) is a privately owned and managed private equity real estate investment group with a fully integrated real estate investment, project and asset management platform in Asia. Phoenix was founded in 2002 by Samuel W. T. Chu and Benjamin K. Y. Lee. Phoenix endeavors to seize value-oriented opportunities in developed Pan-Asian markets, including Japan, Australia, Korea and Hong Kong. We focus on three strategies: opportunistic, core plus/value-add, and secured debt. We have formalized fund-series as well as side-cars and separate accounts.
