PETRONELLA & ASSOCIATES PTE LTD is a consultancy helmed by three separate and distinct experts DAVID MATHER, BERNHARD LUDWIG FLICKER and JOHN SAMUEL JAYA KUMAR.
DAVID is a former CEO and COO of large multinational companies having significant experience leading agriculture projects in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and consultancies in various countries. Projects include plantations, smallholders, mills, refineries, bulk stations, finance, legal, lands, sustainability, research, HR, transport, vehicle workshop and construction departments, employees, families and residential compounds.
BERNHARD is an Engineering Specialist involved over many decades with the world’s most reputable automakers such as ADAM OPEL AG, GENERAL MOTORS and DAIMLER AG acquiring extensive knowledge and experience in various automotive sectors and specialities. He has travelled extensively as consultant to various projects with other independent companies, whether collaborating with his principal employers or independently. He is, apart from the consultancy, separately tasked to establish the Automotive & Parts Division in OAKDENE SERVICES PTE LTD be helmed by an appointed General Manager (GM).
JOHN SAMUEL JAYA KUMAR is a Chemical Engineer with over 40 years’ experience in engineering, business development, sales & marketing, R&D in specialist coating products, supply chain management, project management and litigation, mainly in the Oil & Gas sector. He has an extensive background in various engineering disciplines complemented by diverse talents in technology, project management and leadership. He is, apart from the consultancy, separately tasked to establish and personally helm the Speciality Paints & Coatings Division in OAKDENE SERVICES PTE LTD.
All three are respected amongst their peers in their respective industries. In addition DAVID and BERNHARD are separately appointed as Special Consultant & Advisor in OAKDENE SINGAPORE PTE LTD, the majority owner of this company.
