Vision: To be the lead organisation in the development and provision of integrated services to families experiencing interpersonal violence, child abuse and/or sexual abuse.
Mission: To promote a healthy community, free from violence through empowerment, collaboration, and advocacy.
The purposes of the company are to help and benefit the community by:
a) Providing integrated services for (i) victims of family violence and/or sexual abuse and (ii) child protection;
b) Promoting public awareness and community responsibility in respect of multi-stressed and/or dysfunctional families as well as intra- and inter-personal violence;
c) Developing and contributing to professional knowledge by improving service effectiveness in respect of the foregoing; and
d) Offering and conducting trainings in respect of the foregoing.
In furtherance of the above purposes but not otherwise, and provided that nothing is done for commercial reasons or solely for profit, the company may exercise the following powers:
(a) Provide casework, groupwork and community work services, including but not limited to counselling services and public education programmes, to individuals, families and relevant populations experiencing multiple stresses including intra- and/or interpersonal violence;
(b) Identify and respond to the changing needs of individuals, families and relevant populations experiencing multiple stresses including intra- and/or interpersonal violence;
(c) Contribute to the development of professional knowledge to improve the effectiveness of service providers who deal with multi-stressed and/or dysfunctional families as well as intraand inter-personal violence;
(d) Conduct research and document issues relating to multi-stressed and/or dysfunctional families as well as intra- and inter-personal violence; and
(e) Share, where appropriate, its experiences and resources
