Michael Hwang Chambers is a boutique law practice specializing in international arbitration and mediation. Established in 2003 by Dr. Michael Hwang SC, the chambers provide expert legal services in arbitration cases under various rules, including those of AAA, AIAC, BANI, CAS, CIETAC, DIAC, HKIAC, ICC, ICDR, ICSID, LCIA, PCA, SCC, SIAC, Swiss, and UNCITRAL. Additionally, the chambers support Dr. Hwang in his role as instructed counsel in arbitration cases before the Singapore Courts. With over 40 years of experience in the field, Dr. Hwang has extensive knowledge and expertise in international arbitration and mediation, having served as a Judicial Commissioner of the Supreme Court of Singapore, non-resident Deputy Chief Justice of the DIFC Courts, and non-resident Chief Justice of the DIFC Courts. He has also been appointed as Vice Chairman of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, Vice President of the ICCA, and member of several other prestigious arbitration organizations.
