Mainetti UK is a leading injection moulding facility in the Scottish Borders, specializing in innovative and market-leading products for the fashion sector. Our state-of-the-art facility operates 24/7 and features 46 fully robotized production lines, ranging from 35 tonnes to 850 tonnes. We have a long history of molding various materials such as PS, PP, PET, HDPE, LDPE, Nylon, PVC, K-Resin, Tritan, and Acetal, and we are equally comfortable working with recycled materials. Our team of three full-time product designers based in the UK provides prototype tooling, production tooling, concept generation, photo realistic visualization, and in-house 3D printing services.
