For Singapore Registered Fund Management Companies (LFMCs & RFMCs) covered under the Securities and Futures Act (CAP.289), Lim & Young will assist FMCs in fulfilling the RFMC S.4.1.2 requirement of independent asset valuation for the purposes of both business reporting and external audit. For Hong Kong Type-9 Asset Management Companies defined in schedule 5 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (CAP.571), Lim & Young will assist Asset Managers in fulfilling the FMCC S.5.3.1 requirement of proper and independent asset valuation.
