We are a Singapore-based Light Gauge Steel (LGS) manufacturer and engineering designer of steel frames for buildings and solar structures. Our core expertise includes pre-fabricated, lightweight steel design and construction, light steel frame manufacturing for prefabricated, prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC), design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA) for PPVC, houses, and facades. Some of our past projects include LGS houses in the Orchard Road area, East Coast area, and Katong area; solar PV mounting structures at The Glades Condominium, Bugis Junction Mall, Stolthaven on Jurong Island, National Design Centre, and Pulau Ubin; and industrial building roofing systems at Jalan Kilang. We invest significantly in research and development to stay ahead of the curve and are the research partner for HDB in the next generation roofing system for public housing project and co-principal research partner with NTU & Surbana Consultants in a project titled DfMA for steel PPVC systems.
