L&Z Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company established in 2001, specializing in import and export operations. Our parent company, CDSG, has been in business for over three decades in Myanmar and has initiated this expansion and diversification program to expand its reach globally. We trade in a wide range of products including rice, wheat, beans, pulses, maize, marine products, rubber, pharmaceuticals, bakery ingredients, fertilizers, yeast, machinery parts, steel products, and consumer goods.

Started in the 1960 as a small trading company, CDSG has since grown into one of the most respected and prominent conglomerates in Myanmar, with 15 operating entities across the following key sectors: Food, Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare, Financial Services, Automotive Distribution and Insurance. Food, being the Group’s initial business, has been developed into an integrated end-to-end value chain. The Group has successfully built up a strong, extensive and multi-channel nation-wide distribution network covering more than 90% of the country. In 2008, CDSG entered into the retail market by opening the Capital Hypermarket, followed by a chain of convenience stores called G&G (grab& go). With the launch in 2013 of its flagship Capital City mixed-use development in Yangon, CDSG is fast gaining recognition as a major real estate developer as well. Currently, the company has more than 7,800 people.
