Jetpets was founded in 1991 by Sandy Matheson, who after gaining years of experience in the airline industry, and a lifetime as an animal lover, saw the need for a pet travel agency focused on the safety, comfort and welfare of pets. We have an entrenched company culture based around our love of animals, being professional and having fun. Our team of pet loving experts includes pet travel consultants, vets and pet handlers, all of whom understand that pets are part of the family, they are our best friends and enrich our lives. With state of the art facilities including fleet, veterinary services and transit lounges, Jetpets continues to invest in its people and infrastructure around the globe. Pets can travel anywhere in the world with us, with Jetpets own people and operations in both Southern and Northern hemispheres, as well as established partnerships worldwide. We proudly partner many animal welfare partners in the great work they do rescuing and rehoming pets with loving families. We also take great pride in working with various Zoos to move their animals for breeding and conservation purposes. Pet Travel is our sole focus because what we do is really important. After all, we reunite thousands of families each year, transporting pets who are relocating with their owners. Other lucky pets travel with Jetpets for family holidays. We also bring families together for the first time, organising transportation for fur-babies travelling from breeders to their forever homes.
