Since June 2025, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec has been operating as Lau202fCaisse. As a result, its real estate portfolio, Ivanhoé Cambridge, will operate in all regions where it is present as Lau202fCaisse. The Ivanhoé Cambridge brand will be phased out over the coming months. With this change, the real estate portfolio will benefit from a distinctive identity, which is based on the organization’s heritage, unique mission and leading investments in Québec and internationally. This change will not affect existing agreements with the organization’s clients and partners. Its goal remains the same: work with its partners to maximize value for its stakeholders. La Caisse's net real estate assets as at December 31, 2024, totalled $42u202fbillion ($75u202fbillion gross), in a total portfolio of $473u202fbillion. Through strategic partnerships, Lau202fCaisse has established a global real estate presence and owns an interest in more than 1,500 properties in the logistics, residential, office and shopping centre sectors.
