Grab For Business is the B2B arm of Grab, with an easy-to-use SaaS platform (business.grab.com) that enables digitisation, cost efficiencies, convenience, control and transparency for companies and their employees in Southeast Asia while using Grab's services (Transport, Delivery, Food and Digital Vouchers) for business purposes.
Our core offerings:
1. The Grab For Business Portal (business.grab.com)
- Consolidate and control company policies, reporting, employee lists, departments and admins; all in one place
- Activated employees get a 'Corporate Tag' within their Grab app (customised to the company / department / cost centre name or code)
- Choose to pay on behalf of all your employees via a Shared Corporate Credit Card mechanism.
- Access other advanced features
- While employees can access Grab's services via the Grab app, company admin can also utilise our Web Booking interface (concierge.grab.com) to book business rides, office courier delivery services and order bulk business meals for your guests, customers and overseas visitors
2. Business Profile
- For companies who give employees the flexibility to manage their own business transport
- Employees can create a Business Profile using their work email (via the Grab app). Within the Grab app, tap on the profile photo to enter the profile section and click on “Add a business profile”. Enter your work email address to proceed with the set up. It takes < 5 minutes!
- Employees can then link this Business Profile (which sets up a 'Corporate Tag') to any expense management providers (Concur, Chrome River, Expensify) so that each individual ride receipt is auto-synced to their company expense management account. No more downloading, printing, scanning or attaching!
- Schedule a monthly PDF statement to be sent to your work email.
