During that time, the company distributed a variety of European branded power transmission products and added value to its key customers by providing expert product knowledge and holding the required stock in the strategically located Singapore warehouse. In 2014, it was acquired by the Inenco Group (currently known as Motion Asia Pacific Group), an Australasian group of companies with an annual turnover in excess of A$440 million per annum and more than 1500 employees across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
