Fabbri 1905 today is run by the great-grandchildrens of the company’s founder:, Paolo, Nicola and Umberto Fabbri, the fourth generation that, togheter with the fifth, lead a company of 250 employees that boasts some 1,300 references, as well as 17 product lines and 23 packaging lines and distributes its products in 110 countries worldwide. Backed by a brand that has become synonymous with quality throughout the world, Fabbri 1905 continues in its commitment to developing new and innovative strategies. The company markets both its traditional products and new creations and is always ready to take on new challenges. It now operates in four main markets: ingredients and solutions for italian artisan gelato and a wide range of fillings, coating and decorations for quality pastries; innovative solutions through premium quality ingredients for beverage professionals; consumer products, including amarena cherries, syrups, toppings and fruit in liqueur; semi-finished ingredients for the food and beverage industry. Universally recognized as having “invented” Amarena Fabbri cherries and fruit syrups, Fabbri 1905 is committed to promoting desserts made in Italy throughout the world. There are currently 10 affiliated companies running Fabbri’s overseas activities: Fabbri France, Fabbri Deutschland, Fabbri Iberica, Fabbri North America, Fabbri Mexico, Fabbri Canada, Fabbri Brasile, Fabbri Asia PTE, Fabbri (Shanghai) Food Trading and Fabbri Argentina with its production site covering over 18,000 square metres, for the South America markets.
