With 30+ years of HR experience in multinational companies, ranging from Big 4 professional services to manufacturing and specialty chemical industries and a Temasek portfolio tech start-up, I have a proven track record of effective partnering with the business to strategize and implement people initiatives that achieve business objectives. My regional experiences of close to 18 years spanned across 11 to 12 countries. I had lived and worked in Shanghai, China for 5 years, while working in a regional role, and speak fluent Chinese. I have led and managed HR operations, technology innovation, budget control, M&A integration, and change management projects. I have also set up and managed a low cost offshore resourcing centre and coached people at all levels across the Asia Pacific region.
