Eureka offers turn-key call center solutions with outbound call center operations as our main business activities. Since 2009, Eureka has been working with special education schools, Voluntary Welfare Organizations (VWOs) etc., to provide work attachment opportunities and on-the-job training for people with disabilities (PWDs). We are also one of the two Centres for Training and Integration (CTI) in Singapore that train and place Visually Impaired contact center agents with partnering employers in the call center industry. Eureka CCS is an award-winning contact service provider and is proud to be Singapore's first contact center that allows visually impaired persons to make calls.
