About Us Energy Offshore Accommodation Limited was recently established to convert ro-ro vessels to full scale DPII accommodation and repair vessels (ARVs). We provide innovative, short time-to-market solution Equinox Offshore is incorporated in Singapore and is listed on OTC market in Norway (Bloomberg ticker EQNX). Company strategy is to become a leading operator in the accommodation and repair vessel market and take advantage of consolidation opportunities. Recently, Equinox Offshore have purchased two passenger-ferry vessels and signed a long term contract with Sembawang Shipyard in Singapore for conversion of these vessels into ARV units. The first accommodation repair vessel will commence its planned modifications and upgrade in Q1 2008 and will be delivered in Q4 2008 in Singapore Corporate, Project Management and Technical Services Agreement is in place with Equinox Energy for the provision of a full scale support functions.
