It specializes in the areas of Gamification Design for Interaction, Culture Change Processes, Organization Development + Learning and Process Facilitation. It seeks to solve real-life problems by enabling people to see different perspectives through analysis, conversations and introspection that would bring about action that would bring about deeply rooted growth habits and values.
