Through Eldric Consultancy, he brings his expertise from the years of experience in the Hospitality and Business Development Industry as a restaurant owner and Head of Business Development as well as working in 5-star hotels with focus in training, fine-dining restaurants and banqueting. He specializes in providing customized curriculum and training suited to enhance the level of operational standards and customer service for any hospitality establishment. Being an active ACTA certified Trainer and College Lecturer for the business and hospitality industry himself, he keeps up to date with industry norms and trending practices in the industry through his own career, businesses and exclusive networks.
