CWT International Limited (“CWT INT'L” or “Company”) is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 0521.HK), which is an investment holding company principally engaged in integrated logistics services, commodity marketing, financial services and engineering services. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Logistics Services segment provides services include warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding and cargo consolidation, and supply chain management. The Commodity Marketing segment engages in physical trading and supply chain management of base metal non-ferrous concentrates with predominant focus on copper, lead, zinc and other minor metals. The Financial Services segment is engaged in the provision of financial brokerage services and assets management services. The Engineering Services segment provides services include management and maintenance of facilities, vehicles and equipment, supply and installation of engineering products, property management, and design-and-build for logistic properties. Looking forward, the Company will closely monitor the economic and trade development situation in Hainan Free Trade Port of PRC, Southeast Asia and other regions (including Hong Kong). The Company will strengthen its existing principal business and step up its efforts to develop new business simultaneously, to enhance the Company's prospects and create value for the shareholders of the Company.
