CRIB Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based social enterprise which aims to empower women to become successful entrepreneurs through networking, matchmaking, and business incubation. As a social impact business, CRIB endeavors to reinvest all returns towards sustaining and growing our operations, with a portion of finances channeled towards complementary social causes that benefit women entrepreneurs. Our mission is to empower women to obtain self-fulfillment and financial independence, build strong families, and benefit the economy and society at large, by helping women to start successful, socially responsible and innovative businesses. We accomplish this mission through various programmes across three key platforms: CRIB Society: A community of women and entrepreneurs who support, inspire and equip one another through networking forums and lifestyle events. CRIB entrepreneurs also receive access to a network of role models and like-minded individuals, as well as specific business programmes where they can gain insights and skills as an entrepreneur. CRIB Match: Profiles and pairs potential co-founders to start new businesses via our proprietary ABC entrepreneur assessment tool. CRIB believes that successful business teams comprise three main entrepreneur profile types: Angel Investors (A), Business Managers (B) and Creatives (C). CRIB Equip: Submitted business proposals will be presented for evaluation to our panel of experts, many of whom are CRIB Mentors. An estimated 10-15 of the most viable businesses will then enter a one year incubation program where they will receive invaluable guidance from our experts and mentors, access to professional service providers, consultants and vendor partners, additional sources of funds and other resources to maximize their potential for success.
