Consolidated Contractors Engineering Limited (CCEL) is a company formed by Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) in early 2013 with the intention of targeting medium sized Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects. Utilizing the capability and experience of past major projects in the oil and gas business, CCEL provides local EPC services to Clients both in the upstream and downstream hydrocarbon sectors in the Middle East region. CCEL was established by taking over CCC's oil and gas Plants and Engineering Department (PED) functions. The experienced management teams and engineers allow CCEL to access the global network and fully utilize the capabilities of CCC. This structure enables CCEL to provide competitive cutting-edge technical services to Clients in the Middle East. CCEL’s key differentiator is that CCEL will design a system that will not only cater to the Clients design criteria of the facility, but will provide critical input for the practical and flawless start-up, operational needs and maintainability of the system. CCEL Engineers support the complete cycle of the project, from the FEED stage to final handover of the facility to the Client.
