The Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) is the HR professional body established by the tripartite partners - Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). Our mission is to set HR standards of excellence and enable human capital development in enterprises through the IHRP Certification, which aims to enhance the competencies of HR professionals and create developmental and professional pathways for them. Our 15-member board of directors come from diverse backgrounds, led by Mrs Deborah Ong, Retired Partner, PwC Singapore. We aim to equip HR professionals and their organizations with progressive and forward-looking people practices to meet the challenges of rapid business disruption and contribute to business growth.
