C Solutions is a Legal and Claims Consultancy advising on all shipping and energy legal and insurance matters. We act for ship owners, charterers and managers, cargo owners, P&I Clubs, H&M insurers, cargo, liability and energy insurers, banks, brokers and salvors and have experience advising companies in run-off. We advise on the full range of maritime casualties including collision, salvage, towage, total loss, wreck removal and oil pollution cases and our commercial litigation/FDD division has a thriving practice representing owners and their liability insurers in all manner of claims including shipbuilding and repair disputes. We advise on debt recovery and defence, personal injury and non-marine recovery and defence. Services are also offered on an outsource basis with C Solutions contracted to one of the world’s largest shipowning groups and a number of Lloyd’s syndicates and brokers to provide claims outsource solutions. For some clients, we are their claims department. The firm is staffed by lawyers, experienced claims handlers (from the P&I and H&M sectors) and insurance industry professionals with offices in strategic locations globally. Headquartered in London, we have offices in Cyprus, Greece, Hamburg, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney with a network partnership spanning 60 locations worldwide. In addition to services charged on a competitive hourly rate basis, C Solutions offers fixed fee and contingency charging structures - unique in the sector in which we operate.
