Our Directors and Investors have strong technical and financial backgrounds with many years of experience in the oil and gas business and maintain an innate desire to innovate in the well services and well intervention arena to the benefit of our customers. Black Bear was established in 2017 in response to the ever-changing demands from the Oil & Gas and markets with the intention to provide innovative well-services and well-intervention, most importantly we are a service company that can genuinely provide a solutions oriented approach. Our technical team and operational teams are comprised of well-respected individuals with 20 to 35 years experience in their areas of expertise and have worked globally for industry leading corporations, Asia Pacific Operations in particular. We have established a strong partnerships with major equipment manufacture, through which we are able to deliver high quality standards down hole tools with very competitive lead time for our customers. Black Bear provides solutions both to internationally recognized service companies and major international oil companies. We have provided project management, design and engineering solutions and trouble shooting in Asia Pacific Region.
