Meco (division of the Besi group) manufactures and supplies plating systems to suit a wide variety of products. Over the years, these systems have established an international reputation for high performance, outstanding reliability, top quality and unbeatable economy. This is the result of over 30 years of experience in designing, manufacturing and most import plating. Furthermore, we can supply, install and service our plating systems in any industrialized country, thanks to an organisation comprising international sales and service centers. Meco offers more than just top quality, high reliable plating systems. We also provide advice and support on installation (turn key), production start-up and quality control facilities, as well as all required process chemistry, hardware and accessories. Meco has supplied over 700 plating systems worldwide to all major players in the semiconductor, connector, film & foil industry. For the semiconductor industry we supply plating systems for IC-leadframe plating and leadframe solder plating. For the connector industry we supply plating systems for selective stripe, spot and north-south plating. For the tape, film & foil industry we supply plating systems for switches, smart card, rfid labels etc. For the Solar (PV) industry we supply plating systems for metallization of high efficiency crystalline solar cells (for example for heterojunction and IBC back contact cells) and systems for plating of CIS and CIGS thin film solar cells (on flexilble material or on glass substrates).
