ALPS Holdings, formerly known as ALPS Global Logistics was established in Singapore on the 15th January 2013. The company started its operation from a tenanted premises and its sole business activity was in Shipping and Logistics where it focuses mainly on NVOCC consolidation, a fraction of the industry. Competing with the fast evolving and volatile economy, the management came up with a business diversion strategy, venturing from its sole core business into a multi-industry company. As part of the business expansion plan, the company reposition itself with its new entity in March 2017 and incorporated it 1st subsidiary company, ALPS Global Logistics. The aim was to allow the holdings company to separate its growing investment and business activities from the subsidiary company for an efficient system to manage the two unique industry for better efficiency. The original entity was retained to continue serving their loyal business associates in the integrated shipping & logistics industry. Today ALPS Holdings is still expanding its and its business activities include property management, private hiring, e-commerce platform and retailer branding of own product with its integrated shipping & logistics business handled by its subsidiary company, ALPS Global Logistics.
